Sorry I haven't updated for a while,I was down in Palermo working on the Rake's Progress -beautiful opera,but difficult for the singers,and double-cast,so there was a great deal of work to do,and since I got home I've been more or less hibernating! More about that soon,anyway.
For anyone who's interested,tomorrow Saturday March the 8th at 19.30hrs Italian time(18.30 London,21.30 Moscow) on RAI3 and all the connected Euroradio stations, Giuseppe Filianoti is singing Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor Opera from the New York Metropolian with Natalie Dessay and Jimmy Levine.If he sings like he did coaching When We Were it last week, it will be really good!
